WBolthouse Farms juice in place of fruit?? I recently have really gotten "into" the Bolthouse Farms juice collection. I really try to get in the reccommened amount of fruits and veggies in my diet....but sometimes I think it's just much easier to grab a beverage that "claims" to be 100% natural...with the right about of fruits and veggies and no sugar added. Do you guys think it'd be okay if I had a glass or two of Bolthouse Farms juice instead of my apple for the day...or my peach?? |

The recommended amount of fruits/veg is 5 or more servings. You could have the juice in place of a couple of servings but I wouldn't make it a replacement for eating fruits and vegs. |

No because fruit has fiber and other things that are very good for you that juice doesn't have. Also juice has a ton of sugar and a lot of calories |

it's ok to drink some juice but I prefer to eat fruit instead because it's less calories than juice and more fiber. |

1-2 c. is ok but you need other whole fruits and veggies outside of that |
